1 oz Nuestra Soledad Ejutla Mezcal
1 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
.75 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.50 oz Kale Syrup

Shake all ingredients with crushed ice and double strain. Serve in a coup glass and garnish with a serrano pepper.

1 oz Fortaleza Reposado Tequila
.50 oz St George Bruto Americano
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz Watermelon Syrup

Combine your ingredients and shake with crushed ice and strain. Serve on the rocks in a collins glass, garnish with mint and enjoy!
