Mr. McGovern oversees all facets of Young's wine and spirits business in the states of Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, and Montana.
Prior to joining Young's, Mr. McGovern was President of NWS Michigan, Inc., the largest spirits distributor in the State of Michigan. Prior to joining NWS in 2005, Mr. McGovern served as Diageo's Metro New York Market Manager, Diageo's Midwest Regional Vice President, Diageo's Western (US) Director of Trade Marketing and Diageo's Southeast (Miami) Director of Trade Marketing Sales. Prior to that Mr. McGovern was with Gallo Winery.

Vice President Mountain States Wine Brokerage
As Vice President Mountain StatesWine Brokerage , Dave is responsible for Wine sales for the Brokerage States of Utah, Wyoming and Montana. In Utah and Wyoming, he and his staff implement, develop, and promote Young’s portfolios to the Liquor Control Boards and directly to the customers in those market places. In Montana, he and his staff represent and market for our suppliers to the independent network of distributors.
Dave has been with Young’s since 2004. Before the Young’s Market opportunity, he was President and co-partner of Western Edge Wine and Spirits, based in Park City, Utah, for 11 years. Prior to moving to Utah in 1993, he held a wide variety of positions within the wine business, working as a Sales Representative for Wine Warehouse- Southern California, Hospitality for Beringer Vineyards, apprentice at Langwerth von Simmern Winery in Germany, and in the family retail business at Rolf’s Wine and Spirits, Newport Beach.

Phillip Giordano, CSS
Vice President Mountain States Spirits Brokerage
As Vice President Mountain States Spirit Brokerage, Phil is responsible for managing our Spirit business in Idaho, Utah, Montana and Wyoming. He works closely with the Liquor Control Boards and the sales teams ensuring that our supplier portfolio goals and objectives are achieved.
Phil has been with Young’s since 2005. Prior, he worked as a Sales Representative for Young’s for 10 years in Newport Beach, CA. In 1996, he partnered into an independent Wine and Spirit Brokerage in Utah and Idaho. In 2004, Phil and his business partner sold their brokerage business to Young’s Market Company, and rejoined Young’s.

Trade Marketing Director North West Division
Allison is responsible for the planning, coordinating, implementing and tracking of all on-premise initiatives for her assigned Stataes. She is also responsible for the day-to-day marketing and brand-building activities for the region working in partnership with YMCo Suppliers.
Allison joined Young’s in the Spring of 2011 with experience representing both Pernod Ricard and The Hive Inc./Brown-Forman in local key account sales and marketing roles. Prior to joining the spirits industry, Allison worked in the Promotions and Marketing department of Fisher Radio Seattle.

State Manager of Wine - Montana
Prior to Young’s Market, John was Director of Sales at Otuwhero Estates in New Zealand. John was On‐Premise and Fine Wine Sales Manager for Summit Beverage in Missoula. Prior to Summit Beverage, he was a Fine Wine Sales Representative for George’s Distributing in Helena. Over his last 25 years, John has been extensively involved in all aspects of the food and hospitality industry. John is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, where he received a BA in English and History. He participated in three Canadian Culinary Olympic Events and Competitions. He was awarded Serca Foods International Prize for Top Academic Achievement from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Calgary, Alberta, where he also graduated from their Professional Chef Program. He completed the National Canadian Exam for Journeyman Chef Qualification in Calgary. He is a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), from the Society of Wine Educators.

Director of Finance Northwest
As Director of Finance for the Northwest, Angelina overseas all finance and operations for Young’s wine and spirits business in the states of Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah and Montana.
Prior to joining Young’s, Angelina held a number of Finance positions during her 18 year career at PepsiCo with experience in forecasting, planning & analysis, strategic and operational planning, marketplace strategy and pricing, employee development and financial literacy. Angelina also brings a wealth of knowledge gained while working in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry at PepsiCo.
Prior to that, Angelina spent 5 years with KPMG in the audit practice. Angelina is a graduate of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York.

State Manager of Spirits - Montana
Graduated from Montana State University with a Business Management Degree. Joined Young’s Market in 2006. I was the territory manager for Central Montana (spirit division) for 7 years, promoted to the Montana State Manager position (Spirit Division) July 1, 2013. CSS certified September 2011.
