Young’s Market Company and Republic National Join Forces in Arizona

We are very pleased to announce some exciting news. Young’s Market Company and Republic National Distributing Company have entered into a definitive agreement to combine our alcohol beverage distribution operations in the State of Arizona. The transaction is expected to close on August 1, 2011. The name of the combined venture will be “Young’s Market Company of Arizona, LLC” and the President of the new venture will be Mark Moser
