“Banana Daiquiri”

2 oz Don Q Spiced Rum

.75 oz Gifford Banana Liqueur

.75 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Simple Syrup (2:1)

Garnish: Dehydrated banana

Combine your ingredients in a mixing glass or tin and shake well with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Add ice and garnish with a dehydrated banana.


“Tropico Botanico”

2 oz Fords Gin

.75 oz Clément Mahina Coco

.75 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Poblano Syrup

Garnish: Mint leaf

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass or tin and shake well with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Add ice and garnish with multiple mint sprigs.

Casey Wallin joined Young’s Market Company in 2015 and serves as our expert mixologist in Arizona. Casey spent several years in New York City, during which time his mixology expertise was quickly recognized in the industry. While a bartender at Hakkasan New York, Casey won the regional Most Imaginative Bartender Competition sponsored by the United States Bartenders’ Guild. He went on to take second place in the national competition held in Las Vegas. Most recently, Casey was a top five finalist for the 2014 JP Wiser Rye competition and made a repeat appearance as a top ten finalist for the Bacardi Legacy national finals in New York City.
